스웨덴 브랜드 이케아(ikea)의 깔끔하고 신박한 요리책

간단한 조립으로 가구를 저렴하고 효율적으로 판매하는 모델로 유명한 이케아(IKEA). 그들의 이런 방식을 담은 "홈메이드 이즈 베스트"라는 요리책을 발행했는데 내용이 재밌다. 그들의 모토를 요리에도 적용한 듯이 보통 만들어진 맛깔스러운 사진을 사용하는 요리책과는 달라도 너무 다른 그들의 쿡북. 보면 볼수록 끌리고 계속 보게 되는 매력이 있다. 요리에 들어가는 재료들을 분해해서 색깔별로 정리해서 재배열하는 방식은 하나의 디자인 레퍼런스라고 봐도 무방할만큼 영감이 넘친다.

Swedish Ikea Cookbook

Ikea just released a cookbook in Sweden titled Hembakat är Bäst, which translates to “Homemade is Best.” For each recipe, there are two images: one of the ingredients and one of the finished item. I like how they’ve laid out the ingredients – each one an autonomous entity before blending with the others to form a delicious concoction. The styling reminds me of Brittny Badger’s disassembled appliances.
